You may know her as Megan Draper on the AMC series Mad Men, but what you don't realize is that this classic Canadian beauty stunned the red carpet at the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) awards last night in black Kaufman Franco gown accented with a silver neckline, Jimmy Choo heels and Tiffany & Co. Diamonds. The Mad Men star teamed up with Suave Professionals celebrity stylist Marcus Francis for the perfect ponytail hair style to complement the dress.

“Jessica's dress had a striking silhouette and sexy cut outs, so I wanted the hairstyle to be a perfect complement to that without trying too hard. We decided the hair should be up, giving it a little edge, with a clean fishtail braid to the ponytail” the celebrity stylist representing Suave Professionals said about the hair look.

So, is it possible to re-create this hair look at home? Yes. Let's get started!

First and foremost, you want to apply the Suave Professionals Luxe Style Infusion Volumizing Soufflé Mousse to your damp hair. Make sure the product is worked all of the way from the roots to the ends of the hair. As you continue, you want to apply a few drops of the Suave Professionals Coconut Oil Infusion Damage Repair Oil Treatment from middle of the shaft all of the way to the ends of the hair. This will give your hair a very a smooth finish.

As you continue, you want to create a deep side part. Then, taking a medium round brush you want to blow dry the hair straight. As you continue, take the hair and pull it into a low ponytail. Secure the ponytail with elastic. Before braiding the hair, you are going to want to add a few drops more of the Suave Professionals Coconut Oil Infusion Damage Repair Oil Treatment.

You are going to want to start your braid just like stylist Marcus Francis did to actress Megan Draper's hair. You are going to want to fishtail the braid about 2/3 of the way down. Then, you are going to want take another elastic and secure it so there's a few inches at the tail end. To finish the look, simply spray the Suave Professionals Luxe Style Infusion Anti-Humidity Hairspray.

Congratulations! You have just re-created actress Jessica Pare's hair look at the 22nd annual Screen Actors Guild Awards.

The 22nd annual Screen Actors Guild (SAG) awards were held on Saturday, January 30th 2016. Every year the union for actors recognizes talent and achievement in entertainment, mainly film and television. As an English actress and model known for her role as Brienne of Tarth on the HBO series Game of Thrones, actress Gwendoline Christie stunned the red carpet at the SAG awards this year. The SAG nominee wore a beautiful light Lanvin gown from the Spring 2016 runway collection that possessed a rather edgy yet chic, deconstructed finish. The United Kingdom beauty also wore a smooth yet structured hairstyle that complemented the dress.

“We decided to balance the look by pairing the dress with a more smooth, structured hairstyle,” TRESemmé Celebrity Stylist John D said on the hair look.

So, is it possible to re-create this look at home? Absolutely.

First and foremost, you want to begin this particular hair look by combining both the TRESemmé TRES Two Mega Firm Control Gel and a small amount of TRESemmé Keratin Smooth Crème Serum. You want to apply this directly to your clean, towel-dried hair. Not only will this create a smooth finish, but hold the hair in place.

Then, you want to create a deep side part. Using a flat bristle brush you want one blow dry the hair, directing the hair toward the back of the hair. As you continue to work into sections, you want to start from the back and then slowly move toward the front. This will offer more control while drying.

When the hair is dry, you want to brush it into place. Once brushed into place, take a flat iron and straighten just the ends of the hair. To finish, apply a generous amount of the TRESemmé TRES Two Extra Hold Hairspray directly to the hair. This works to tame flyaways and create a very pure yet polished look.

Congratulations! You have just re-created actress Gwendoline Christie's hair look at the 22nd annual Screen Actor's Guild Awards.

You may know her as the Daenerys Targaryen in the hit HBO series Game of Thrones, but what you don't know is this beautiful actress stunned the red carpet at the 22nd annual Screen Actors Guild (SAG) awards on January 30, 2016. Wearing a very bright and chic yet incredibly fabulous fuchsia Dior dress, actress Emilia Clarke made a real statement Saturday evening. As her fashion was on fleek, so was her makeup was too. This British beauty's hair also looked amazing.
Courtesy of Suave Professionals Celebrity Stylist Jenny Cho, the Game of Thrones star represented a simple yet chic style with body and texture to complement her style and her makeup. “For tonight’s look, we decided to add body and texture to the hair to go with her kitty cat eyes and beautiful fuchsia Dior dress,” Jenny Cho said about the hair look.

So, is it possible to re-create this look at home? Absolutely.

You want to begin by applying the Suave Professionals Luxe Style Infusion Volumizing Weightless Blow Dry Spray directly to the roots of the hair. As you continue, you want to apply a drop of the Suave Professionals Coconut Oil Infusion Damage Repair Oil Treatment from the mid-shaft of the hair all of the way to ends. Using a medium round brush, blow dry the hair.

Starting at the back of the actress's neck, Cho sprayed every section with the R+Co Outer Space Flexible Hairspray. Taking the Harry Josh Curling Iron, you are going to want to achieve a perfect undone texture, as that is what Cho went with for the Game of Thrones star. As you are done curling the hair, you are going to want to brush out the curls with your fingers. Then, you are going to want to flip your hair over and apply the Suave Professionals Luxe Style Infusion Plump Hold Hairspray for separation and volume.

Congratulations! You have just re-created actress Emilia Clarke's 22nd annual SAG Awards hair look.

January 2016: Beauty Favorites

Victoria's Secret Bombshell fragrance.
One of my favorites for this month.
As we kicked off the 2016 year on Friday, January 1st we finish the first month of the year this Sunday, the 31st. Let's face it, the year is off to a great start as this month went by very quick. In this time frame, I had the opportunity to discover quite a few beauty essentials that I absolutely love. So, what are they? What are my beauty favorites for January 2016?

MAKEUP

Chocolate is one of the most delicious treats on the planet and what better way to celebrate it then with the Too Faced Chocolate Bar Eyeshadow Palette. Under $50, this palette is infused with cocoa powder and features 16 gorgeous matte and shimmer shades. Pigmented to perfection, this palette offers everything from neutral browns to those natural pink shades and more and smells like chocolate. Whether you are searching to create an array of looks or looking for that color payoff this chocolate scented gem is one you will not only love, but appreciate too.

SKIN CARE

The Shiseido ULTIMUNE Power Infusing Duo Set is my favorite skin care essential for January of 2016. This exquisite dynamic duo features the ULTIMUNE Power Infusing Concentrate and the ULTIMUNE EYE Power Infusing Concentrate. Perfect for the face and the eye area, these products work together to create smoother and softer skin that looks radiant and beautiful. For $120, you are receiving two full-size luxury skin care products that not only work to correct your skin, but prevent and repair it against DNA damage, environmental stressors and other external aggressors. What more is there to say? This set is truly a winner.

BATH & BODY

Coffee pairs amazingly well with mornings, as sunshine does with happiness, but who knew that coffee and beauty would go so well together. Pacifica Beauty is a 100% vegan and cruelty-free brand located in the heart of Portland. One of my favorite beauty products this month is definitely the Pacifica Kona Coffee & Sugar Detox Whole Body Scrub. For under $30, this scrub is infused with Kona Coffee, coconut oil, sugar and sea salt. This incredible essential not only gives you one of the best exfoliations a scrub can give, it works to soften and smooth the skin too.

FRAGRANCE

Victoria's Secret offers more than just amazing bra and panty sets as well as, stunning lingerie. They offer some of the greatest beauty products and one of them happens to be their most popular fragrance, the Bombshell. As a fruity floral, the notes in this parfum really tell a story. The plethora of passionfruit followed by the grapefruit, peony, pineapple, tangerine and vanilla orchid really speak to those who wear this in more ways than one. For $52, you can get a 1.7 oz or for $68 a 3.4 oz and whoever receives this will love it. I have tried an array of fragrances and this is my favorite one this month.

HAIR

When it comes to reducing breakage, promoting growth, adding body and giving the hair shine the MATRIX Biolage FullDensity collection knows all about it. The FullDensity collection offers an excellent shampoo along with a conditioner that work together to gently cleanse the hair while and effectively removing impurities without stripping the hair. The FullDensity collection within the Biolage brand also offers a Densifying Spray Treatment which works to add texture and prevent breakage. Although I cannot really decide on which three products I love the most, the shampoo is definitely one of my favorite beauty products right now and for the entire month of January, I found myself really grabbing for this one the most.

NAILS

Ciate London offers some of the greatest nail products in the world today. Although the brand has recently dipped into other elements of beauty, they are primarily known for their nail products. A few months ago I discovered the Ciate London Geltox Detox kit which offers a great way to remove your polish effectively. I love to use this product to strengthen my nails and prepare them for any future polish application. I have tried an array of products like this one and I have yet to discover one that works like this one does. For $25 this kit is a winner this month.

TOOLS

When it comes to every skin type under the sun, Simple Skincare knows all about it. After all, they are the sensitive skin experts and offer a range of beauty essentials that cleanse and moisturize the face gently. Free of synthetic ingredients, Simple Skincare really emphasizes on using only skin loving ingredients. My latest obsession is the Micellar Makeup Remover Wipes. Not only are they infused with an array of vitamins, but they cleanse the skin effectively and as a result, your skin is left looking and feeling amazing. The best part is, you can find them at Walmart, Target, CVS, Walgreens and even Amazon. #TestTheWater

HEALTH

When it comes to health and beauty, the NEOCELL brand really embraces the concept. I have tried an array of NEOCELL products and although I love them all, I am obsessed with the Super Collagen +C 1&3. I have always had combination skin, but when it comes to the colder climates and Winter, my skin tends to become dry. I have tried everything from changing my moisturizer to even my diet, drinking more water and yet my skin remained dry and quite acne-prone, until I introduced this product into my life. Creating beauty from within, this product includes 6,000 mg of hydrolyzed super collagen. After a week I noticed results as my skin feels softer and looks radiant. Every acne breakout I endured is gone. This is one of the greatest supplements you will ever use and my favorite right now. You can find this supplement at GNC, Whole Foods and wherever NEOCELL is sold.

OTHER

Since 1926 Godiva has been producing some of the greatest chocolate in the world. One of the best creations by this world-renowned chocolate brand are the chocolate truffles. My most recently discovery was last month when my boyfriend bought me the Godiva 24 pc. Ultimate Dessert Truffles gift set for $50 which features an assortment of dessert truffles that are inspired by some of the finest desserts in the world. With everything from Tiramisu, Creme Brulee, Red Velvet Cake, Butterscotch Walnut, Cheesecake, Strawberry Creme Tarte, Chocolate Eclair, Pineapple Hummingbird, Birthday Cake and more, this is one of my favorites for the month of January.

Victoria's Secret: Pink Citrus with Patchouli + Seafoam with Galaxy Grape

When it comes to fashion-forward bra and panty sets, Victoria's Secret has immensely evolved as a brand. Recently, the brand has featured an extensive selection of bra and panty sets including these new additions to the Very Sexy collection - Pink Citrus with Patchouli Lace (P49) and the Seafoam with Galaxy Grape Lace (18R).

The bras are different from the original Very Sexy push-up, as they offer a very sensual lace material which gives a more lingerie appeal. They are gorgeous and fit like the classic, but as stated they are made for lingerie purposes due to their lace material. Would I recommend these two bra and panty sets? Absolutely. Get the hair look: Emmy Rossum at the 21st annual Critics Choice Awards

Emmy Rossum at the 21st annual Critics Choice
Awards.
If you have ever watched the Showtime hit series Shameless, more than likely you know who Fiona Gallagher is. In fact, it was only two years ago, actress Emmy Rossum was nominated for her role on the hit series. For the 21st annual Critics Choice Awards, Rossum stunned the red carpet in a very simple and sultry dark navy Dior dress with a slit in the front that exposed a silver sequined skirt. The actress teamed up with celebrity hairstylist John D. for a modern yet very sleek ponytail.

“To keep the look fresh and modern, we decided to create a sleek low ponytail wrapped with a silver cording around the base to add interest and match the silver accents of her dress,” celebrity hairstylist John D. said on the look.

So, is it possible to re-create this look at home? Absolutely.

First and foremost, John D. applied the TRESemmé Thermal Creations Heat Tamer Spray to the actress's clean dry hair in sections. Before flat ironing hair, John D. applied this particular product because it works to smooth the lengths, control frizz and protect from excess heat damage.

As the celebrity hairstylist continued with this look, flat ironed the actress's hair. As he continued, he combed her hair and created a deep side part. Then, he gently brushed her hair towards the back of the neck. Taking the hair, John D. secured into a low ponytail with an elastic. Using silver cording or ribbon he began to wrap it around the elastic to emphasize the look and create a very chic finish.

To finish the look, he applied the TRESemmé TRES Two Extra Hold Non-Aerosol Hairspray over the finished style. Then, using a fine-toothed comb, smooth down flyaways, as this left the actress's hair sleek and shiny.

Congratulations! You have just re-created actress Emmy Rossum's look for the 21st annual Critics Choice Awards.

Get the makeup look: Courtney Eaton at the 21st annual Critics Choice Awards

Critics Choice Awards.

Presented by the Broadcast Film Critics Association (or BFCA) the Critics Choice Awards honor and celebrate those in both film and television. It also recognizes talented people and this year actress Courtney Eaton was one of those individuals. Eaton attended the Critics Choice Awards this year for her work in Mad Max: Fury Road. Her look for the 21st annual Critics Choice Awards was inspired by her Valentino dress.

"I loved the leather and gold combination of Courtney’s stunning dress and wanted to replicate that in the makeup, while still keeping it soft and radiant. We decided on a golden bronze eye with a slight cat eye flick combined with flawless, glowing skin" Gita Bass said on the look. So, is it possible to re-create this look at home? Absolutely.

To begin this look, it is very important to prepare the skin. As it is important with any big red carpet event. Bass cleansed Eaton's skin with the Simple Skincare Micellar Cleansing Water. As she continued, she then applied the Simple Skincare Protecting Light Moisturizer with SPF 15 directly to Eaton's face. Bass continued by applying the applied CHANEL Soleil Tan de CHANEL Sheer Illuminating Fluid mixed with another drop of the Simple Skincare Protecting Light Moisturizer with SPF 15. This works amazingly to create a very luminous yet dewy and fresh face.

For the makeup portion, Bass applied the Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation. This foundation works to even out the skin. Bass, then applied the Clé de Peau Beauté Concealer where additional coverage was needed. Using a damp BeautyBlender sponge, Bass applied the Stila Convertible Color in Poppy directly on the apples of the cheeks. As she continued with the actress's face, she applied the Anastasia Beverly Hills Illuminator in Old Hollywood to both the cheek and brow bone, as this creates the ultimate highlight.

As the celebrity makeup artist and skin care expert continued with this look, she applied the Tom Ford Eyeshadow in Naked Bronze on the upper lid. Using a soft brush, she blended it out. Gold is a very stunning shade that works all year round. Taking the Dior 5-Colour Eyeshadow in Cuir Cannage, Bass applied the gold shades on the lid and on the lower lash line of Eaton's eyes. Bass, then, added a pop of gold glitter from the top section of the Tom Ford Cream and Powder Eye Color just to the center of the lid.

The eyes were a main focus on this particular. Bass continued by applying the Laura Mercier Caviar Stick Eye Colour in Copper just outside the tear ducts and halfway along the inner lower lash line. This was meant as a golden highlight. As Bass continued, she applied the Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner in Black Ink. This product really elongates and emphasizes the eyes. Bass lined the upper lash line and winged it out slightly. Using the Surratt Relevée Lash Curler, she curled the actress's lashes before applying several coats of the CHANEL Inimitable Mascara in Black.

So what about the lips? Bass applied the Laura Mercier Stick Gloss in plum and then gave it to Eaton to put in her purse for any additional touch ups throughout the night.

Congratulations! You have just re-created the look for actress Courtney Eaton at the 21st annual Critics Choice Awards.

Get the hair look: Saoirse Ronan at the 21st annual Critics Choice Awards

Critics Choice Awards.

Actress Saoirse Ronan was a winner in more ways than one at the 21st annual Critics Choice Awards this year. Not only did she win snag the Critics Choice Award for Best Actress for her role in Brooklyn, but her hair was on fleek the entire night. Celebrity stylist Jenny Cho created a very pretty yet young and fun style for the Critics Choice winner that was undone and effortless.

"For tonight’s look, I did a half-up half-down style with a center part and added some texture to the hair. It's pretty, yet young, and because it undone, it's also effortless" Jenny Cho said about the hair look. So, is it possible to re-create this hair look at home? Absolutely.

First and foremost, you want to apply the Suave Professionals Luxe Style Infusion Volumizing Soufflé Mousse followed by a drop of Suave Professionals Coconut Oil Infusion Damage Repair Oil Treatment. Then, to roughly dry use your fingers instead of a brush. "I like to use a hybrid of styling products because the mousse helps create fullness, while the oil adds beautiful shine" Cho said about using these two particular styling products together.

Starting from the back of the neck, you are going to want to add texture with a curling iron. For this look, Cho used a medium size. As you continue, you are going to want to spray each section before curling. Why? Because you are going to want to protect your hair, add shine and of course, hold the curls in place.

As you continue, you are going to want to lightly spray the Suave Professionals Moroccan Infusion Weightless Dry Shampoo all over. Then, you are going to want to make a center part. Now the fun part. You are going to want to tease the crown area. It is important, as this will create moderate volume and add height.

Take the hair from every side, gather the hair to the center and form a ponytail with an elastic band. Scrunch a small strand from underneath the ponytail, spray the piece with the Suave Professionals Flexible Control Hairspray. Then, wrap the sprayed section around the pony to conceal the elastic band you originally placed.

To finish this hair look, pull a few pieces of hair out. This will frame the face. And to complete the hair look, apply the Suave Professionals Luxe Style Infusion Anti-Humidity Hairspray.

Congratulations! You have just re-created Saoirse Ronan's hair look at the 21st annual Critics Choice Awards.

She has also appeared in a variety of films including her latest, Trainwreck. Recently, Schumer was styled by Kim Gueldner.

“I was really inspired by the structured contrast of Amy’s dress, so for her hair, I wanted to do something sleek with a touch of modern texture” Gueldner said about the hair look she created for the comedic actress. So, is it possible to re-create Amy Schumer's hairstyle at home? Absolutely.

First and foremost, you want to apply the MATRIX Biolage Advanced Full Density Thickening Spray. This worked amazingly to add thickness to Schumer's hair. Gueldner mixed this product with MATRIX StyleLink Smooth Setter Smoothing Cream which works to smooth the hair and tame frizz.

Then, Gueldner blew out Schumer's hair using a 1.5 inch round brush. As she continued with the hair look, she used velcro rollers. Rolling them away from the face (backwards), Gueldner sprayed a hint of the MATRIX StyleLink Style Fixer Hairspray to each area. As she let the product set and lock into Schumer's hair, she removed the rollers.

Applying the MATRIX StyleLink Height Riser directly to the roots of the front section, Gueldner then applied the MATRIX StyleLink Texture Builder. Not only does this add volume, but texture too. Gueldner finished the look with the MATRIX StyleLink Style Fixer Hairspray.

Hair Tip: For a more polished look, brush the hair lightly and run your fingers through the hair. As you continue, grab the pieces by the ear. Then, pull back and add hair pins to secure the hair.

Congratulations! You have just re-created the Amy Schumer hair look at the 73rd annual Golden Globe Awards.

Emmy Rossum is an actress who is best known for her role as Fiona Gallagher on the hit Showtime series Shameless. For the 2016 Golden Globes, Rossum really made a statement with her stunning makeup look created by celebrity makeup artist Joe Baker. Using products from Rimmel London, Baker went for a very classic yet modern Hollywood look, which consists of a winged liquid eyeliner, a bold red lip and fluttery lashes.

“Cat eye and a red lip combo have been around for decades so the way I made his feel modern and fresh is by allowing the two colors black and red to feel uncomplicated. No eye shadow, no extra shimmer on the face just the bold liner and red lip - super sexy and ultra feminine” celebrity makeup artist Jo Baker said.

So, is it possible to re-create this makeup look at home? Absolutely. How did Jo Baker apply Emmy Rossum's makeup for the Golden Globes this year? What did she do?

For the face, Baker applied the Rimmel London Lasting Finish Primer to prep the skin. After all, for any big red carpet event, it is so important to have a good base. Baker wanted Rossum's face to be flawless yet fresh without being overdone. As she continued with the face, Baker applied the Rimmel London Stay Matte Liquid Mouse Foundation. Not only is this foundation long-lasting, it is oil-free too. Baker mixed both 'Ivory' and 'True Ivory' to create an unique custom blend.

As the celebrity makeup artist continued with Rossum's face, she applied the Rimmel Sculpting Palette Designed by Kate Moss for Rimmel in Coral Glow. Baker wanted to give the stunning actress's face a more enhanced yet sculpted look. She also wanted to add dimension, but also wanted the skin to look healthy and glowing.

When it comes to the eyes, celebrity makeup artist Jo Baker went with a very classic yet very modern eye. To begin, she applied the Rimmel London Exaggerate Eyeshadow Primer all Rossum's eyelids. As she allowed the product to set, she applied the Rimmel London Exaggerate Smoke n Shine liner. So, what tip does celebrity makeup artist Jo Baker want to share? “I took the brush I had used before with only the remaining product on the brush. This dry sketch technique gives you full control to design your liner with ease, making it easy to correct or wipe liner into shape until your content with both eyes.”

Using a very fine brush, Baker proceeded to smudge the product deep into the lash line, as if she were creating her own base for the liquid liner. As she allowed the product to set, she applied the Rimmel London Scandaleyes Thick & Thin Eyeliner. “This calligraphy style applicator and pigment rich black ink is a staple for doing cat eyes in my kit” the celebrity makeup artist said about the eyeliner. As she continued to apply the liner, Baker added a fine line in between close to Rossum's inner lash line, as if she were gently tight lining. As she swiped the product across the lid, Baker began to form the classic eye. Using the Rimmel Scandaleyes Thick & Thin Eyeliner tip, Baker used the thicker part of the brush to fill in the areas that needed color.

To finish the eyes, Baker applied the new Rimmel London SuperCurler 24hr Mascara. Is there really a trick to applying mascara? According to Baker, there is. She shared “I recommend turning the mascara wand vertically and using the point to apply further mascara near the root of your lashes to increase volume and further lift!” #BYEBYELASHCURLER

For the eyebrows, Baker applied the Rimmel London Brow This Way Brow Gel to the actress's eyebrows. Baker mentioned that Rossum had amazing eyebrows, so this was the perfect essential to help enhance them for the Golden Globes.

To finish the look, Baker applied the Rimmel London’s new The Only 1 Lipstick in Best of the Best. This is a very gorgeous yet true red lipstick with a cool tone. This was the perfect finale to actress Emmy Rossum's makeup look.

Congratulations! You have just re-created this makeup look by celebrity makeup artist Jo Baker for actress Emmy Rossum.
