Margot Robbie is one of the most beautiful actresses ever in cinema. Last night at the Oscars she proved this to be true in more ways than one, when she stunned the red carpet is a gorgeous gold snakeskin gown by the one and only Diane Von Furstenberg. As Renato Campora gave Robbie one of the hautest hair looks at the event (you can get the look here), this Australian beauty had the opportunity to team up with celebrity makeup artist Tyron Machhausen for a fresh and effortless makeup look to complement her entire look.

“I created her look as if she just came off the beach and threw on an amazing gown meets classic American fashion model Margaux Hemmingway.” The focus of her makeup look was “sunkissed, glowing and beautiful skin – the makeup wasn’t heavy, just a fresh, polished version of herself” celebrity makeup artist Tyron Machhausen said about the makeup look.

So, is it possible to re-create this amazing makeup look at home? Absolutely.

First and foremost, you are going to want to prepare the skin. It is very key to moisturize, especially before long red carpet events. Machhausen started preparation by gently massaging the RéVive Intensité Crème Luster Day Cream into the actress's beautiful face. “Spending some extra time giving her a mini-face massage helps the skin look glowing and fresh” Machhausen added.

As Machhausen continued, he applied the new Laura Mercier Candleglow Soft Luminous Foundation – a mix of Butterscotch and Dune all over Robbie's face. Then, he applied the Tom Ford Skin Illuminating Powder Duo. This product works for glowing complexion.

When it comes to the eyes, the look is quite natural. Macchausen applied the Tom Ford Creme Color for Eyes. He, then applied the Kevyn Aucoin Essential Mascara. To complete the entire eye look, he brushed Robbie’s brows up to shape them.

To finish this look, Machhausen used his finger and lightly dabbed the new Laura Mercier Velour Lovers Lip Colour in Sensual on the actress's lips. This works to not only add texture, but made the actress look ultimately fresh and polished.

When it comes to the eyes, Andersen started by lining the center of the lower lash line with Avon Glimmersticks Eyeliner in Blackest Black. Not only does this styler work to straighten the hair, it works to diminish frizz, tame flyaways and promote shine.

As Roszak continued on the award-winning actress's hair, she sprayed the L’Oréal Paris Elnett Hairspray all over Larson's hair. Then, taking the ghd curve Classic Curl Iron 1”, the celebrity stylist produced and created soft, loose waves all throughout the hair. As Saoirse Ronan stunned the red carpet at the Oscars last night, this Academy Award nominated actress really proves that you can accomplish a lot in a short period of time. Although Ronan didn't take home the big award last night, she still looked amazing in her stunningly sultry Calvin Klein embellished dress. Her makeup looked amazing, as did her hair which totally brought her entire look together. Ronan had the opportunity to be glammed by the one and only celebrity hairstylist Adir Abergel.

Abergel was inspired by the construction and details of the dress. "I wanted to give her an undone, textured blowout with a brushed out beautiful wave hand raked back away from the face,” Adir Abergel said about the hair look.

So, is it possible to re-create this hair look? Absolutely.

First and foremost, it is very key to shampoo and condition your hair. Abergel started out this hair look by applying the John Frieda Luxurious Volume Perfectly Full Mousse all over the roots on towel dried hair. Abergel then air-dried the Academy Award nominee's hair with 100% cold air. Why? Because this worked amazingly to achieve maximum volume.

Then, Abergel took a medium sized round brush and proceeded to use the traditional hot air dry. As he was doing this, he worked generously to form the style. Dividing the hair into two individual sections, Abergel wrapped each section into a Velcro roller allowing it cool and set. The celebrity hairstylist did this throughout the entire head of the actress.

As he continued, he applied the John Frieda Luxurious Volume Forever Full Hairspray all over Ronan's head. Then, he removed the rollers. Using a Mason Pearson brush, Abergel brushed the hair into soft yet sultry textured waves. The celebrity hairstylist proceeded to backcomb the front pieces of hair. This works amazingly to create height for a very sultry side swept effect.

To complete the hair look, Abergel sprayed the John Frieda Luxurious Volume Forever Full Hairspray. Not only does this lock the hair into place, it allows the hold to last all throughout the night.

Wood created the undone yet graceful hair look to complement the glamorous aura of the dress. Wood wanted to keep the stunning mother-to-be's overall look fresh and beautiful.

Taking the hair at the crown, Wood started to pin that hair away. Then, taking two one-inch sections on both sides of the ears, Wood began to braid all the way down, while using the fingertips to rub the hair as well as, create texture. Then, Wood released the hair at the crown and begin to braid down the middle. He, then combined the 5 braids in one hand and secured them with an elastic.

Then, Wood took a handful of bobby pins and secured braids into place. Then, take the lengths of the hair and create a larger braid. Wood, proceeded to secure the larger braid with an elastic, leaving out the ends at the bottom.

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences honor the best of the best in cinema. Compliments of her makeup artist Mary Phillips, Teigen was treated with an amazing skin care routine followed by makeup.

“When doing Chrissy’s makeup, I took into consideration the gorgeous Marchesa burgundy floral gown with the sheer and golden portions that were woven through. It was very romantic and ethereal, but overall – completely stunning.” Phillips said about the look.

Phillips continued “She’s very genuine as well in herself - what you see is what you get. That’s one of the things (of many) that I love about her, so what I want to do with her makeup is just go off of that. That’s what I tried to convey with this look: just sexy, real, confident and making a large emphasis on keeping the skin as dewy and glowy as possible - even though she already has that naturally.”

So, is it possible to re-create this look? Absolutely.

First and foremost, you are going to want to prep the skin. The celebrity makeup artist prepped Teigen's skin with the Simple Skincare Micellar Cleansing Water. This works to create a very light yet luminous sheen. Phillips gently patted this product on the orbital bone of Teigen's eye. It is very key to be very careful when applying anything to the eye area.

So, what about the makeup portion of the look? Phillips started with the foundation portion of the look by layering the LORAC Sheer POREfection Foundation with a blush brush and a BeautyBlender. Mattifying the skin, Phillips used the LORAC POREfection Baked Perfecting Powder. Phillips, then applied the Lancôme Effacernes Waterproof Protective Undereye Concealer under the eye, down to the cheek area, on the outside of the bridge of the nose, outside the mouth, and along the cupids bow.

As Phillips continued with the strikingly stunning Chrissy Teigen's makeup look, she applied the Kevyn Aucoin The Sculpting Powder. She applied this very sheer and barely there for contour. For additional radiance, Phillips used the LORAC Light Source (will launch in March) on the forehead, bridge of the nose as well as, the apples of the cheeks and chin. Taking the LORAC Color Source Buildable Blush in Tinge, Phillips applied this to the apples of Teigen's cheeks and to the upper crest of her forehead near the hairline.

Taking the LORAC Unzipped Palette, Phillips used the lighter shades from the palette. She used this for highlighting and for a relatively lifting effect followed by the darker shades for depth and pop. Phillips continued by applying the LORAC Front Of The Line PRO Liquid Eyeliner in Black followed by the LORAC Front Of The Line PRO Eyepencil in Bronze. This was used to apply a thicker, bolder lash without the heaviness of a liquid line sitting on top.

February 2016: Beauty Favorites

The Contour, one of my beauty favorites
for the month of February.
As we said goodbye to January on the 31st, we said hello to February, the month of love. February is a month to embrace love in more ways than one, as it is a time to appreciate the month just before Spring. I have discovered a lot of great products this month; however, only few select gems stood out this month. Can you guess what they are? So, what are my beauty favorites for this month?

MAKEUP
When it comes to lipsticks, they should be moisturizing, as they should be pigmented. The color payoff should also be visible, as it should be modestly long-lasting. The new True Color Perfectly Matte Lipstick from Avon is that type of lipstick. It glides on smooth, dries effectively and lasts long without drying out your lips. This amazing Avon addition is available through your Avon representative as well as, on the official website for $9. I have tried so many amazing makeup essentials this month. Some I loved, some I hated and some I debated whether or not I wanted to wear again and this terrific True Color addition from Avon is definitely one that I will want to continue to wear.

SKIN CARE
As of late, I have been modestly obsessed with the Ossential Growth Factor Serum Plus from ZO Skin Health. When it comes to hydration, this serum works to restore and enforce your skin's natural acid mantle, as it works to stimulate collagen product and cell renewal. ZO Skin Health's Ossential Growth Factor Serum Plus is available at ZO Skin Health for under $150. If you are looking for a serum that works to correct, protect and repair the skin from various forms of oxidative stress and DNA damage, this is definitely the one for you.

BATH & BODY
Combining the essence of lemon with classic earthy notes, L'Occitane really stood their ground when they created the refreshing Verbena Voyage set. Featuring travel-sizes of this amazingly scented L'Occitane addition, this set includes the body lotion, shower gel, hand cream and soap. The refreshing Verbena Voyage set from L'Occitane is available now on the official website for $26. When life hands you lemons, accept them, but only use them if they smell as amazing as this set does.

FRAGRANCE
Although I can appreciate every perfume under the sun, I am a huge fan of fruity fragrances. I also love and appreciate creamy florals, including those undiscovered rarities with gourmand notes. When I first smelled the Truly Sexy Flirt fragrance from Pure Romance, I was lured in. This pheromone-used fragrance really tells a story. With a plethora of notes including roses, jasmine, lemon, amber, grapefruit and cedarwood; this acquired gem really captivates all five senses. The Truly Sexy Flirt fragrance is available at through your Pure Romance distributor or on the official Pure Romance website for $59. If you are searching for an earthy fruity floral, this is definitely the fragrance for you.

HAIR
For this month, the Tangle Teezer brand offered three individual dynamic duos that cater to every couple exclusively for Valentine's Day. The 'His+Hers' set contains the amazing compact styler in a silver and in a pink. The 'Hers+Hers' set offers two pink styles and the 'His+His' set offers two silver stylers. I love these stylers because they brush your hair generously without pulling at it and are great for carrying around. Available for only $20 at Sephora, this is one of the best brushes I have ever used.

Shiseido Ultimate Sun Protection Lotion

The Shiseido Ultimate
Sun Protection Lotion.
When it comes to diversity, it is definitely in Shiseido's forte. In fact, it was in 1872 when Arinobu Fukuhara established the first Western-style pharmacy in the heart of Ginza, Tokyo. Fast forward over a 100 years, we are in the year 2016. Recently, Shiseido introduced the Ultimate Sun Protection Lotion. What makes this lotion so incredible goes beyond it's supreme protection.

Using Shiseido's patented WetForce technology, this hypoallergenic sunscreen becomes quite potent and more powerful for 15 minutes when applied to areas of the body exposed to sweat and water. Whether you are looking for great protection when running a marathon or searching for sunscreen that protects you while you are in the pool, this lotion is the best one you will ever use.

Infused with zinc oxide and titanium dioxide, this sunscreen offers mineral protection and is great for those of you who embrace the concept of using minerals on your skin. Using the SuperVeil-UV 360 technology, this sunscreen also works to reduce dermatoheliosis (or photo-aging). Applying this to your face will prevent it from burning, but will also prevent your skin from getting exposed to oxidative stress and DNA damage.

After applying this sunscreen to my face, I noticed that my skin remained absolutely untouched from the sun. No burns let alone irritation occurred. When it comes to supreme protection, this lotion really delivers true benefits. It is also moisturizing and because of both the WetForce and SuperVeil-UV 360 technology, the hydration is locked into the skin instantaneously. Although the powdery finish leaves a lot to be desired, the moisture is modestly long-lasting, which leaves a lot of love and appreciation for this particular sun care product by Shiseido.

Shiseido's Ultimate Sun Protection lotion offers a plethora of benefits from the sun, including both UVA and UVB rays. 50+ SPF to be exact. This sensational sunscreen is free of parabens, alcohol, fragrances and other synthetic chemicals. It is also free of Para-Aminobenzoc Acid (or PABA). This is great for every skin type, including sensitive skin.

You can find the Shiseido Ultimate Sun Protection Lotion Sunscreen at Shiseido for $42. Would I use this sunscreen again? Absolutely. Would I recommend this sunscreen to a friend? Yes. Would I recommend this sunscreen to you? Yes. For more information about this sunscreen, simply visit the official site today.
